A demo account is a free 1 GB / 1 Year account for the sales force to give demos to prospective customers.

Please note - The following criteria must be met in order to receive a DocumentMall Demo Account:

  • Your office must have a 35/45 ppm or 22/27 ppm MFP with at least a NIC card and 64 MB of RAM
  • You must have a showroom to demonstrate DocumentMall with the MFP
  • Your office must have a high-speed Internet connection (LAN, T1, Cable)
  • Your office must be an Authorized Ricoh Americas Corporation (RAC) Sales Office or member of
    an RAC authorized reseller program
