The solution combines Karora's AppConnector, a desktop application that integrates easily with an AP System to automate data capture from the accounting system and DocumentMall's secure online repository providing built-in disaster readiness, security and auditing capabilities for important accounting documents.
Karora's AppConnector enables secure 2-way delivery of the scanned images and extracted data between DocumentMall and the AP application. Documents in DocumentMall are automatically indexed using the data extracted from the accounting system. As a result, users working in the accounting system can retrieve a document with point and click ease.
